2009 Incident #37 14.08.09 1250BST #3832

The Initial Response Team ‘IRT’ was tasked to collect information from a local dive charter vessel.   A diver had had to be airlifted to Poole decompression chamber by Coastguard helicopter 106 during the morning dive.  The diver had surfaced too quickly and although he had been on oxygen for 8 minute he was lifted as a precautionary measure.
