2010 Incident #50 19.08.10 1912UTC #4xxx

The Initial Response Team, the IRT, was tasked to try and make contact with a yacht that was thought to be moored in Lyme Regis Harbour. The yacht had lost its tender on passage from Brixham. The tender had been located and brought to safety at Beer. The Coastguard IRT was stood down shortly after arrival at the station as the yacht had made contact with the Coastguard Operations Room after hearing the VHF radio message traffic.
