2012 Incident #25 07.07.12 0933UTC #2460

The whole coastguard team was tasked to assist Dorset Fire & Rescue with the rescue of persons and chattels following the severe flooding of the River Char. The river had risen nearly 6 metres and was flooding houses in Charmouth. The team was then tasked to Lyme Regis to assist with the protection of people and properties in the vicinity of the River Lim.
