2010 Incident #2 15.1.10 1127UTC #0134

The Initial Response Team, “IRT”, was tasked to prepare a helicopter landing site (HLS) near the Holmbush car park in the centre of Lyme Regis.  The 89 year old male casualty had collapsed and required further medical attention.  Unfortunately, the Dorset Air Ambulance was unable to land due to the foggy weather conditions and very low cloud base.  The casualty was taken to Dorchester hospital by land ambulance.
